ACR401 is a styrene acrylonitrile based PVC processing aid that can solve plasticization, surface, and size issues in SPC flooring.

And ACR401 improves the elasticity of the melt, making the extruded sheet less prone to sagging at high temperatures and reducing internal stress during the cooling stage; The curvature of the floor is significantly lower than that without adding formula, and there is no "hollow drum" sound when stepping on it after installation.

Good metal peelability allows the material to gather and disperse well with the screw and mold, extending the cleaning cycle and preventing oil and stickiness on the surface of the finished product, making maintenance easier for end customers in the later stage.
