It does not directly participate in foaming, but creates a perfect physical environment for the birth, growth, and stability of bubbles by modifying the PVC melt itself.


The core function of PVC processing aids (usually ACR type) is manifested here: they intertwine with each other through long molecular chains, greatly increasing the strength and elasticity of the melt (melt viscosity).
