The quality of PVC foam board products is determined by the strength of the melt, and ACR foam regulator is the core additive that controls the elasticity of the melt and stabilizes the foam molding. Many factories have encountered issues such as high board density, uneven pore size, shrinkage deformation after cooling, uneven surface flow patterns, and even the addition of a large amount of foaming agent, which still cannot produce lightweight and uniform boards. Most of them choose ordinary ACR with low molecular weight and insufficient melt strength; Some manufacturers also mix universal processing ACR, which leads to insufficient gas locking ability of the melt due to rapid plasticization, causing a large amount of foaming gas to escape, resulting in thick and poor toughness of the finished product.

Our company's specialized foaming grade ACR is a high molecular weight acrylic ester copolymer with a unique long-chain entangled molecular structure, which balances moderate plasticization and ultra-high melt strength. It is perfectly compatible with various PVC free foaming, skin foaming, and wood plastic foaming systems, and is different from the universal processing ACR for profiles. It is specifically designed to optimize the molecular design for foaming processes. The standard addition for regular cabinet boards and advertising boards is 4-6 phr, while for low-density lightweight foam boards, it can be increased to 6-8 phr. In addition to the core function of foaming, ACR can optimize the dimensional stability of the board, reduce the expansion and cooling shrinkage rate of the mold, minimize the length, width, and thickness errors of the mass-produced board, and reduce cutting losses; When used in conjunction with high-density oxidized wax, a complete matching system of lubrication, plasticization, and melt strength is formed, which can not only avoid excessive lubrication causing melt softening and foaming, but also solve the problems of insufficient plasticization and dull surface caused by relying solely on wax. The finished product has significantly improved glossiness, is less prone to cracking during bending, and has more balanced comprehensive mechanical properties.

The product is compatible with a full range of foam products, including PVC cabinet veneer panels, outdoor advertising foam panels, wood plastic wall panels, building foam templates, and SPC foam substrates; Outdoor weather resistant panels combined with anti-oxidation and UV additives, ACR can delay product aging and brittleness, and long-term use is not prone to powdering and cracking. Compared to ordinary low-priced ACR, our company's products have a narrow molecular weight distribution, no low molecular residue, no precipitation or frosting throughout the processing process, no impact on later film coating and printing adhesion, uniform batch performance, simple switching and debugging of new and old formulas, and no need to significantly change temperature and screw speed, greatly reducing trial production losses.
