CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) is a saturated elastomeric powder produced by the chlorination modification of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a molecular structure free of carbon–carbon double bonds. It exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC, significantly enhancing the impact resistance of finished products at room temperature while maintaining good toughness under low-temperature conditions, effectively preventing outdoor products from becoming brittle and cracking in winter. In addition, CPE offers outstanding weatherability, ozone resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for highly filled formulations, features stable processing performance, and provides a high cost-performance ratio. It is widely used in PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, cable sheathing, and other applications.
