ASA high-rubber powder is manufactured via an emulsion graft polymerization process, with a molecular structure that contains no unsaturated double bonds susceptible to UV oxidation, thereby fundamentally eliminating the drawbacks of ABS products—such as yellowing, embrittlement, and cracking—during outdoor use. This product can be blended with SAN resin to produce virgin ASA plastics, and is also suitable for modification of various resins including PVC, PC, and PBT. Whether the application is automotive exterior parts, outdoor building profiles, or outdoor electronic appliance housings, whenever lightweighting, high impact resistance, and long-term anti-aging and color stability under sunlight are required, this product can be selected as the core impact-modifying additive.
